We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to problems in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes & damages must also be reported within 15 days of receipt of order. You must contact our office to get a Return Goods Authorization. With exception to noted problems herein, all sales are final.
We profile the most popular end-user units. Our inventory covers a broad range of Hypertherm products. If you find that your Plasma Cutter is not profiled, call our office and ask for Hypermax Customer Service. They will provide you with fast and reliable service.

If you are looking to purchase a machine, the Bill To must match the Sold To for shipment. If we receive an order with different addresses in those fields, the order will be automatically canceled. If we suspect fraud, we will flag your order for further verification, as long as the criteria of the order matches our policy.
When ordering, there are 2 areas of information that call for shipping and billing data. You can opt to ship to an alternate address other than billing, simply by filling in the shipping section of your order form, there, you can indicate where the shipment should be sent. Should you find that you need more space for special instructions, you can always send us an email or contact via phone or use the comments section. When "Ship To" information is different from "Bill To", you will be asked to validate your Security code (3 digit number found on the back of your card) American Express has a 4 digit code.
Notice: When shipping via UPS, Hypermaxonline uses an integrated UPS Worldship™ terminal that offers address correction notification. It is our policy to accept address corrections when available through the terminal. Orders that are returned to us can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
Most orders will ship via UPS ground or USPS. The price of shipping is dependent upon the weight of the items you are ordering, and your distance from our shipping facility in Maryland. The carriers that are most commonly used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). We do not ship to freight cargo terminals.
UPS Expedited Shipping is available Mon-Friday if your order is submitted prior to 2PM EST. However, orders shipping on Friday will not arrive until Monday unless Saturday delivery is requested and available in your area.
Some items that are used most frequently are factory packaged in multiples of 5. Though these items are priced individually, we may only sell the complete package quantities.
Why is it recommended that I use Genuine Hypertherm parts for my unit?
A close reproduction just doesn't hold up. Using "knock offs" may be cost efficient to a degree, but in the long haul, using anything other than Genuine Hypertherm consumables, could end up costing you hundreds of dollars in time and repairs. Any damage caused by the use of non-genuine parts may not be covered by warranty.
